Governor Usman Ododo Formalizes Local Vigilantes Group into Civil Service.

The governor of Kogi State, Usman Ododo, has integrated all vigilantes into the civil service.

According to him, this decision seeks to formalize local security efforts, professionalize community intelligence networks, and introduce stronger accountability mechanisms for personnel previously operating informally.

They will receive further security training to enhance their jobs and secure Kogi State.
