Kwara for Seyi Tinubu Progressive Kwara State Chapter Holds Official Launch, Award Ceremony in Ilorin

The Kwara State Chapter of Kwara for Seyi Tinubu Progressive (KSTP), under the leadership of Comrade Abdulkareem AbdulRasheed Adeyi, successfully held its Official Launching and Award Presentation Ceremony on Wednesday, April 30, 2026, at the Alkareem Event Center, Oloje, Ilorin.

In an appreciation message released Thursday by the group’s Director of Media and Publicity, Hon. Murtala Ismail Adisa, KSTP thanked Almighty Allah for the success of the event and extended gratitude to key stakeholders and dignitaries who graced the occasion.

Key Appreciations

The group acknowledged the leadership and support of the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, the Sardaunan Ngeri, as well as the fatherly guidance of the Emir of Ilorin, His Eminence Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, the Seriki Musulumi.

KSTP also appreciated Hon. Barr. Seyi Tinubu for his “continuous recognition and encouragement” of the group’s activities.

Special recognition was given to the Oba Oniwaka of Kwara State for his “rich cultural display” which the group said added “colour and vibrancy” to the ceremony.

Lecture, Awards and Coordination

The event featured an “impactful and enlightening lecture” delivered by Guest Lecturer, Fadhilat Sheikh Suleman Umar Faruq, popularly known as Sohibul Bayan Watibuyan.

Masters of Ceremony Bola Olojoku, Alafin Oro, and Hon. Tope Babadudu were commended for their professionalism and excellent coordination throughout the programme.

The chapter expressed gratitude to all awardees and members of the general public who attended the event.

Leadership and Stakeholder Support

KSTP conveyed profound appreciation to its Life Patron, Hon. Babatunde Abdulkareem Paku, and Life Matron, Hajia Faoziaat Alamoyo, for their continuous support and contributions.

Political Adviser Alhaji Muhammad Nuhu Baba Podo was also acknowledged for his fatherly guidance and unwavering commitment.

The group noted the strong presence of members across the 16 Local Government Areas of Kwara State.
