Related Success at Duguri
Acting on credible intelligence, troops deployed at Duguri, working with local vigilantes, recovered 36 cows at Mushen Kura Village. The livestock were likely abandoned by fleeing bandits under military pressure. Efforts are ongoing to return the animals to their rightful owners.
Army’s Commitment
The Nigerian Army says it remains resolute in its mission to restore peace across all theatres of operation. Through intelligence-driven operations, joint force synergy, and strategic partnerships with locals, troops continue to deny bandits and terrorists any safe haven.
Operations like this show the impact of sustained pressure on criminal networks. Communities in Bauchi can breathe a little easier tonight.
